Overview

This workshop will give the participants the skills to approach problems in a constructive way and facilitate them to build confidence and self-awareness about their problem solving strategies. The experience of completing a work based assignment allows them the opportunity to choose a work problem and take decisions in collaboration with colleagues to find a solution and implement it in the workplace.

Clients inform us that staff acquire a new set of skills and gain a sense of personal achievement by completing this assignment which enables them to make positive changes in the workplace and contribute to a continuous improvement strategy.
