Overview

One of your main responsibilities, as a manager, is to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of your team in relation to goals, motivation and the skills to achieve those goals. This course will help you to improve the direction, motivation and goal achievement of your team.

• Resolve conflict and deal with difficult people and situations confidently and positively.
  
• Create and maintain an ongoing action plan for continuous improvement of the team and your individual management and leadership skills.
