Duration & Mode of Delivery

This one-day workshop focuses on improved management of time and priorities. It shows how and where your time is lost. You will be given proven tools, tips and techniques which challenge your approach to your workload and help you regain control.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for managers, team leaders and any staff member who wants to ‘step up’ their productivity through better use of their time. Completing a time log for a minimum period of two days is a requirement of the workshop. This will help you to establish how you currently spend your time whilst identifying opportunities for you to put into practice the tools, tips and techniques in your role.
