Duration & Mode of Delivery

For staff requiring ILM accreditation, the completion of the first two listed modules will be required and completed in three days. Alternatively participants may select modules to meet their needs and attend only those specific workshops.

We combine ‘leading edge’ thinking with a practical interactive delivery style and a combination of input from ‘high-level’ experienced professionals. Small group sharing and self-awareness exercises are also used to ensure that the learning is dynamic, vibrant and representative of best practice.
