Mc Williams Associates facilitated a five day workshop for frontline staff who work in operational, business support and administration roles. Modules included effective communication, continuous improvement, customer care and the role of the team leader. Pictured with the group is Suzanne Wylie, Chief Executive. Suzanne said;
