Ms. Suzanne Wylie, Chief Executive of Belfast City Council presented ILM Certificates to frontline staff who completed their six day programme in ‘Team Leadership Skills’. During the recognition ceremony Suzanne gave a very informative and motivational presentation, affirming staff on how they contribute to delivering an excellent service for the ratepayers of Belfast. McWilliams Associates take great pride in empowering staff to reach their potential and indeed to ensure that that the Council and ratepayers reap the benefits of investing in staff development.
