Professor Monica McWilliams is a highly skilled professional with over 20 years experience in human rights, negotiation and conflict resolution including extensive overseas experience with national human rights institutions and international organisations. She is a pro bono Coach for a range of international NGOs – most recently with women on Afghan High Peace Council. In November 2012 she led a training programme for Syrian women on behalf of the Women's Democratic Network (WDN). She has been a visiting professor at several US universities in politics, human rights and international relations and is currently involved in training and capacity building with civic society organisations in a range of conflict societies.
Monica has a proven track record of corporate governance, strategic planning and change management and, as a guest speaker on the leadership modules for McWilliams Associates, shares that expertise and leadership story with the participants.
Anne McCallum is an associate trainer for McWilliams Associates, experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating high impact leadership and organisational development programmes.
Andrea has over 20 years’ experience in Coaching and Management Development and is responsible for the design and delivery of ILM Accredited programmes in Coaching and Mentoring. She is an accredited coach and founding member with the Association for Coaching in Ireland.
