Leading effective Meetings:

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Facilitation and chairing skills - meeting simulation
  • Handle conflict issues in the meeting & choose efficiency ideas
  • Feedback and critique

Performance Management:

  • Know the benefits and principles of performance management
  • Learn the skills to diagnose the cause of poor performance
  • Skills practice: motivate star performers and coach under-performers

Duration & Mode of Delivery

In this three day programme we combine skills practice, small group discussion and self-awareness exercises to ensure that the learning is dynamic, vibrant and representative of best practice.
